Belly Dancing Information

i really want to start belly dancing i have done it from watching videos but i would like to take classes. Does anyone no where i can get classes?

The best thing to remember when going in to a class is to know you take what they teach you and do your style to it. Don't make it just like everything they have taught you and do it exactly they way they did it. Your just copying them. Remeber to put your twist and style to it.

I'm looking for something fun to do and trim down my waist/stomach area at the same time. Would belly dancing do this? Any other suggestions?

Lets say your Child loves to dance and over the years has taken dance lessons such as Tap,Modern,Salsa,Tango,Merengue,Mambo,Hip-Hop and Now she wants to take Belly Dancing lessons because according to her she hopes to become an Exotic/Striptease Dancer when she turns 18.Would you let her take belly dancing lessons?Or are these too much for a 13 year old girl to take?

Definitely not…why encourage your child to help pursue their dream of becoming an exotic striptease dancer?
Stream her to do other things such as hip hop, jazz etc…
