lol My family …
I prefer to do it all in the living room but seeing as there is no privacy, I can only do it when Im home alone…oh well..bedroom will suffice. 
lol My family watches me work out too! Im not sure why..lol But my mom finally gave me a lock on my door..so thats where i bellydance, and do aerobics, and then i jog outside and at the gym.

Looking at how tiresome this workout can be, I can just imagine the Arabic Dancers for the King probably train harder than “So you think you can dance” or a Las Vegas showgirl.

Thank you very much for that information. The only problem is, I have no where to do it! In my bedroom is too loud, and my family will watch what I am doing so it’s odd:/

sometimes 1 time a day and other days when i have more time i do it 2 or 3 times for a half hour and it really helps :-)) i feel that i got muscles in my belly instead of fat ;P

i am doing this …
and instead of coca coca and juices i am drinking water ,, ^^ in this 2 weeks i lost 3,2 kilos and i am feeling much more fit and healthy
i have also more musles in the belly and more condition … 
i am doing this exercises for 2 weeks, and i also changed my food-style; instead of grassy food i am eating now fruits and legumes..

the hole lesson …
the hole lesson with all the parts 1-4 take about 3 minutes, it really does work, you lose the wait very quikly, dont tier yourselfs thow 1ns a day is far too much, try once every 2 or 3 days.xz

Has anyone done this workouts and lose weight? I’m not obese or anything but I’d definitely like to lose some flabber here and there and get toned up a bit.
If it’s worked out for you, how many minutes a day did you do this?
