    Weight loss …

    Rosie,
    Weight loss is about patience and you gotta keep yourself motivated to keep doing it.

    Also, don’t worry about how everyone else is doing;everyone is different and lose weight and different paces so don’t be discouraged by that.

    Don’t go by the number on the scale either, go by how you look and feel because that is what’s more important.
    Just have patience and keep working out.

    Also have fun with it :)

    Everybody on here has used the workout joined with either a diet or other activities of exercise, such as swimming and jogging at least 3 times per week. Also, maybe you are so used to the workout by now that it doesnt have an effect!

    How come everyone is losing weight and I’m not??? I’ve been doing this for over week and almost everyday (once I didn’t do it for 3 days because I was soooooo busy!) and I haven’t even lost a pound :( I would just say my legs are more toned but that’s it! I want to lose weight!!! :(
