		<description>first of all you'll feel great instead of feeling lethargic and lazy and unmotivated. 

you'll get the sense that you are getting things done and you could get this by consuming dark leafy greens, less red meat or none at all....no junk food, no fast food (because of all the artificial crap they put in that stuff) less milk intake which contributes to fatty deposits. no specific exercise however you should stretch when you get up and go to bed....
