		<description>Here is something special I learned, you must eat dinner 3 HOURS before you go to bed, EX. you eat a 7:00 then go to bed at 10:00 

Your body will digest the food, you may or may not get hungry before you go to bed, but if you are eat a small snack.
While your sleeping your body will become hungry, so it will look for carbohydrates, which is in your fat or is fat. 

While you are sleeping your body is eating or burning your fat. So that's 8 HOURS of fating burning, when your not even feeling it. Then when you wake up you'll be ready for dinner.

		<description>You could try eating a little bit more every day, like 100-300 calories more, depending, and see if that helps because sometimes the body goes into starvation mode and starts hoarding it's weight until it's intake increases a little and then it starts dropping pounds again. Another thing you could try is to change up your workout routine. Surprizing the body keeps it from adapting to a routine and staying the way it is.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I've heard these suggestions from lots of different people in my own struggle to lose weight.</description>

Lunch: Salad.
Dinner: Chicken with veg.
Snacks: Fruit.

With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day.

8 Minute Legs.
8 Minute Buns.
8 Minute Arms.
8 Minute Stretch.

		<description>&lt;b&gt;Any help with losing the extra vanity pounds?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I work out with a personal trainer and eat a low calorie/organic diet but i still cant shed these extra pounds. Im 21 yrs old 5'6'' and about 138 pounds. I want to get back to about 120-115 but it seems impossible. Is there anything I can take to help with this?
