Some Ideas To Help Make Weight Loss Fun
Everywhere we look there’s weight loss programs promising to help you lose weight. The problem is finding a legitimate weight program. Although finding time to exercise may be difficult, it is the best way to lose weight, and of course eating right. Once you find an exercise program that is fun it wont be hard to stick with it.
Spinning
If you are ready for a sweaty workout that will burn tons of calories here you go. Spinning incorporates the skills of mountain biking. Of course there are a few differences in spinning and mountain biking. With spinning you stay in one spot, there is only one wheel which has adjustable resistance, and the handle bars are adjustable. When you start you will probably be sore due to the machines ability to change resistance like you are going up and down hills. Once you get the hang of spinning you can adjust the level of your workout by moving the handles, and adjust the resistance. Some gyms suggest the use of a heart monitor to help get you in the right range for optimum fat burning.
Belly Dancing
Belly dancing classes are another great way to have some fun and learn a new dance, all while burning calories. This is a great way to learn some new moves while toning your abdomen. You will start by learning the basics on how to move your hips and waist and then move on to some of the more complicated and exotic moves that make belly dancing so entertaining. A healthy diet, and brisk walking may help you achieve your goal even faster than just belly dancing alone.
Step Aerobics
Step aerobics became very popular in the eighties, and is making a comeback. With step aerobics you need a step so that you can change the difficulty level of your workout. You will start with the instructor leading a warm up, and then right into the fat burning. The fast pace and use of the step and your arms will insure a great workout and fat burn for you. Combining step aerobics with strength training will get you the optimum results you are looking for.
Videos
If you are not a person who can or wants to go to the gym you might like to try at home videos. There are many different types of workout videos to choose from, and you can exercise from the privacy of your own home. You can choose exercises such as boot camp, dancing, Pilates, and many more. Choose a workout plan that works for you and your schedule. The more fun you have the easier it will be to stick with the program and achieve your weight loss goal.

That's because diets don't work. You need to make permanent lifestyle changes so that you don't constantly yo-yo up and down. Control your portion sizes, drink lots of water, and eat a lot of lean proteins, veggies, and fruits. Regular exercise is a must. You should aim for at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. If you diet and walk 30 min. each day, you will see weight come off. And if you continue to walk to do some other type of exercise everyday, or at least 4-5 times a week, it will stay off.

drink a glass of water before each meal and an apple if u can. that way u are more likely to fill up fast before your actual meal and ur digestive system will speed up the metabolism rate. with ur water have a slice of lemon as this gets rid of excess toxins and bloating- at least appearing toned!
try to increase ur exercise slowly….and smile!! :>

Don't 'go on a diet.' Change to a good diet and stick with it for the rest of your life. I suggest Weight Watchers.

1) you can drink lots of water, but not too much (maybe 6 cups a day not including juices)
2) go to bed early and get 7-8 hours of sleep. that should be the average hours of sleep you get. any less, and you're stomach gets bigger
3) when you have a diet, you always stick to it. you cant go on and off a diet, because a diet is what helps you lose weight and keep the weight off.
i guess thats the biggest thing- STICK TO YOUR DIET! watch what you put in your mouth, and you dont need to eat ice cream, chips, or other junk foods everyday. work out on a daily basis.

drink lots of water bcuz sometimes you confuse hunger with thirst. you also need to try to get 3 serving ofdairy everyday… its been proven that girls who drink milk are thinner than those who dont!
eat slow… its takes 20 minutes for your stomach to realize its full. you might end up overeating if you eat quikly
stay active.. its a good way to burn fat and alot of people eat when they're bored.
make a fun workout routine….if your routine is boringyou'll get bored and stop doing it
also remember that the thing that catches people's eye is confidence! guy like confident girls. Alot of them prefer confident girls to fit girls. =D
i hope this helps!! Good Luck!

-Stretch
-50 sit ups
-15 min walk/jog on the spot (walk one minute..jog the next..repeat)
-200 side stretches (for the waist)
-50 lunges (for bum)
-50 lye on side leg-lifts (for inner thighs)
-30 bat wing crunches (for arms)
•Don't eat after 8pm.
•Eliminate potato, dairy & wheat from your diet.
•Take a fish oil & multi vitamin every other day.
•Stock up on healthy food…even though your diet allows it stear clear of fried or sugar loaded stuff. GOOD LUCK!

You have to alter your lifestyle if you would like to keep weight off permanently. It's a matter of will power and math. Take in less calories than you burn and you will lose weight. You may want to take a look at calorieking.com. They have a 7 day free trial that allows you to try out their calorie counter. They have a database of tons of foods and you can create meals for each day. It shows you what's in each and can even recommend a program for losing weight. It also tells you how much of a certain activity burns how many calories. Exercise daily, make good choices for snacks and meals, get enough rest, drink lots of water.
Try and stay positive, focus on being healthier and happier, don't obsess about your weight and be patient. Permanent change does not happen quickly, but it will happen. Good Luck!
