		<description>im working on the same goal you are, i want to spend my summer get healthier and looking better. i want to look fabulous!!!!! =]]

anyway, im just eating healtheir over all. no coke.. just water, which was really hard. also if you want a snack between meals, eat fruit or cheese, not chips and such.

you should also run 30 minutes everyday, if not more. 
i usually run and do some weight lifting legs/abs one day and arms/abs the next. 

...oh and i&#39;ve already lost 5 pounds... so i know you can do it. if you need any more help just e-mail me

		<description>Eliminate all the extra caffeine, sugar, chemical &#038; all that other bull. Just drink water...and maybe milk, and sugarless herbal tea.

•Do a light workout every other day.

-Stretch
-50 sit ups
-15 min walk/jog on the spot (walk one minute..jog the next..repeat)
-200 side stretches (for the waist)
-50 lunges (for bum)
-50 lye on side leg-lifts (for inner thighs)
-30 bat wing crunches (for arms)

•Don&#39;t eat after 8pm.

•Eliminate potato, dairy &#038; wheat from your diet.

•Take a fish oil &#038; multi vitamin every other day.
